EpiMax 237 – Penetrating Epoxy Primer Sealer

EpiMax 237 Penetrating Epoxy Primer Sealer is a two-component penetrating epoxy primer sealer designed for rapid and efficient impregnation of concrete. It is ideal for prolonging the serviceability of partially-deteriorated or porous concrete. The system offers extremely low viscosity and is suitable for providing a stable foundation layer for the application subsequent concrete protection systems. EpiMax 237 can also be used to provide an economical dust suppressing layer to weak, dusting concrete floors. EpiMax 237 is also available in a water based, hazmat-free version, EpiMax 237WB.

Application

Review the area in advance so that a fixed volume of mixed material can be applied over a fixed area to ensure correct application rate. Select a slow speed (400 rpm) mechanical mixer and ensure thorough mixing. When using EpiMax 237, combine EpiMax 237 Part A with EpiMax 237 Part B and power mix well. EpiMax 237 can be applied by roller or airless spray.
